The previous First International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2017)  was successfully taken place on May 26-28, 2017 in Chengdu, China. All accepted papers were published in IET Conference Publications and have been indexed by CPCI and submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus. The 2018 2nd International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2018) was successfully taken place on June 15-17, 2018 in Qingdao, China. 

Welcome to the official website of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2019). The conference will be held in Guizhou,China during August 9-11, 2019. The aim objective of ICEMCE is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to electrical, mechanical and computer engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field.

ICEMCE 2019 is supposed to be the largest technical event on electrical, mechanical and computer engineering in Guizhou,China in 2019. The focus of the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICEMCE 2019. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the TC.

All accepted full papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
